What our bookkeeping service covers
We run your accounts from start to finish. We keep the tax revenue and expense ledger up to date: every sales and purchase invoice, internal voucher and bank statement is posted, your VAT registers are maintained through the month, and we check that the set of documents is complete.
Each month we prepare and submit your JPK_V7 file, calculate VAT and work out your income-tax advance. After the year ends we prepare and file your annual return, so your reporting to the Tax Office is complete and consistent.
Who the KPiR is for
- You are taxed under the tax scale (12% and 32%) or the flat tax (19%).
- You run a sole proprietorship or a civil partnership of natural persons.
- Your net revenue for the previous year did not exceed 2,5 million euro — for 2026 that is 10 646 500 PLN.
- Above that threshold a business moves to full accounting books — which is why revenue is worth watching during the year.

How we work together
01 First contact and taking over the books
We start with a short conversation about your business, choose the right form of bookkeeping and agree how documents will be handed over each month.
02 Documents & recording
You send us invoices and statements — by e-mail or in person. We check, sort and post every document into your ledgers and VAT registers.
03 Filings & payments
We prepare JPK_V7, calculate VAT and your income-tax advance, and send you clear payment amounts and deadlines well before they are due.
04 Reporting & contact
You receive regular summaries of your results and can reach us with questions all year round, not only at year-end.
What you gain
- Records kept in line with current regulations and filed on time, every month.
- Clear information on how much tax and ZUS to pay — and by when.
- One point of contact for bookkeeping, VAT and annual returns.
- More time to run your business, with less paperwork on your desk.
