Frequently Asked Questions

Cooperation & documents

  • How do I hand over my documents?

You can hand over documents in whatever way suits you best — in person at our office, by e-mail (scans or photos), or electronically through KSeF once e-invoicing applies to you. For regular clients we agree on a simple monthly routine, so nothing is forgotten. Just tell us your preferred method and we will set it up.
  • How does cooperation start and what do you need from me?

Cooperation begins with a short, free conversation about your business, its legal form and the scope of support you need. Based on that we prepare an offer and, once you accept it, we sign an agreement and — if needed — a power of attorney to represent you before the Tax Office and ZUS. To get started we usually need your company details, access to prior records and your most recent settlements.
  • Do you remind me about deadlines and represent me before the Tax Office and ZUS?

Yes. We keep track of your filing and payment deadlines and tell you the amounts of tax and ZUS contributions in advance, so nothing catches you by surprise. With a power of attorney we can also file returns and correspond with the Tax Office and ZUS on your behalf. Staying on top of deadlines is a core part of our service.

Services, taxes & pricing

  • Do you handle sole traders (JDG) and companies (spółki)?

Yes. We work with sole traders (JDG), civil partnerships and commercial companies, keeping both the tax revenue and expense ledger (KPiR) and full accounting books. Whether you settle by lump-sum tax, on general rules or as a limited company, we match the bookkeeping to your legal form. Tell us how your business is set up and we will advise the best approach.
  • Do you also run payroll and HR (kadry i płace)?

Yes, payroll and HR is one of our core services. We prepare employment and civil-law contracts, run payroll, calculate salaries and ZUS contributions, and file the required DRA and PIT declarations. We also keep employee records and help you stay compliant as your team grows.
  • What are JPK_V7 and KSeF, and do you handle them?

JPK_V7 is the standard audit file that combines the VAT return with detailed sales and purchase records sent to the Tax Office each month. KSeF is the National e-Invoicing System, through which structured e-invoices are issued and received. We prepare and submit JPK_V7 for you and help you get ready for KSeF, so both obligations are handled correctly and on time.
  • How much does the service cost?

The price depends on the scope and volume of your accounting — your legal form, the number of documents and employees, and whether you need VAT, payroll or full books. For this reason we always prepare an individual quote rather than a fixed price list. Contact us with a few details about your business and we will send a clear, no-obligation offer.
