Services

FORTUNKA’s accounting services cover six areas, each described on its own page: bookkeeping in the form of KPiR, the lump-sum tax on registered revenue, full commercial books, payroll and HR, settlements with the Tax Office and ZUS, and the employment of foreign nationals. We run them for businesses across Poland, remotely as well — in Polish and in English; the site is available in seven languages.

These pages are written for sole traders and civil-law partnerships of individuals, for general partnerships and for limited and joint-stock companies, and for employers — payroll and HR duties begin with the first person you employ — including employers who hire, or plan to hire, people from outside the European Union. We agree the scope with you before the first month of work.

Which page do you need

Not sure where to start? If you run a sole trade or a civil-law partnership, see Bookkeeping and Lump-sum tax. Companies keeping full accounting books are covered by Commercial & tax ledgers. If you employ staff, see Payroll & HR, and for people from outside the European Union, Services for foreign nationals. Returns, JPK_V7 files and contributions on their own are described under Tax Office & ZUS settlements.
